Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 71215 Size: SH
  1. Remove the seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Power with Adjuster .

    2. Object Number: 71218 Size: SH
  2. Remove the seat cushion cover. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
  3. Remove the seatback insert pillow. Refer to Front Seat Back Cover - Sport Seat
  4. Disconnect the bladder hose connector from the pump.
  5. Remove the bladders.
    6. 5.1. Slide the upper bladder slightly up.
    5.2. Tuck the mounting tab under the bladder sleeve.
    5.3. Slide the bladder down over the tab.
    5.4. Repeat this procedure with the lower bladder.
  6. Slide the air hoses from under the seatback cover.

    7. Remove the bladders with hoses.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 71218 Size: SH
  1. Install the lumbar bladder to the seatback.
    2. 1.1. Slide the lower bladder sleeve up over the mounting tab.
    1.2. Pull the tab out over the bladder sleeve.
    1.3. Slide the bladder slightly downward.
    1.4. Repeat this procedure with the upper bladder.
  2. Tuck the hoses under the corner of the seaback cover foam.
  3. Connect the bladder hose connector to the pump.
  4. Install the seat cushion cover. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
  5. Install the seatback insert pillow. Refer to Front Seat Back Cover - Sport Seat .

  6. Install the seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Power with Adjuster .
