Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 43560 Size: SH
  1. Remove the left fuel rail cover.

    2. Object Number: 419425 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the EVAP purge solenoid valve to intake manifold EVAP pipe.

    3. Object Number: 406071 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the chassis EVAP pipe to EVAP purge solenoid valve pipe.

    4. Object Number: 419407 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the EVAP purge solenoid valve electrical connector.
  5. Remove the EVAP purge solenoid valve from the bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 419407 Size: SH
  1. Install the EVAP purge solenoid valve to the bracket.
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the EVAP purge solenoid valve.

    3. Object Number: 406071 Size: SH
  3. Connect the chassis EVAP pipe to EVAP purge solenoid valve pipe.

    4. Object Number: 419425 Size: SH
  4. Connect the EVAP purge solenoid valve to intake manifold EVAP pipe.

    5. Object Number: 43560 Size: SH
  5. Install the left fuel rail cover.
