    • EN-48253 Accessory Belt Remover
    • EN-48952 Tensioner Spring Holding Pin

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2027077 Size: SH
  2. Remove the drive belt tensioner bolt (2).
  3. Remove the drive belt tensioner (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2027077 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt tensioner (1).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2027082 Size: SH

    Note: 

       • The tensioner dowel pin (a) is not aligned with the tensioner dowel pin hole (b) at this stage.
       • Tightening the bolt will damage the tensioner and the tensioner dowel pin.

  2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt (2) and tighten to  52 N·m (39 lb ft).
  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
