Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1256064 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Release the connector lock and pull the transducer wire connector out.

    3. Object Number: 1256065 Size: SH
  3. Remove the transducer with a wrench.
  4. Discard the O-ring seal.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1256065 Size: SH
  1. Install the new O-ring seal on the transducer.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the pressure transducer.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the pressure transducer to 7 N·m (62 lb in).

  3. Connect the wire connector.
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
