Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Disconnect the exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor 2 connector.
  3. Remove the EGT sensor 2 from the front exhaust pipe.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1820627 Size: SH
  1. Install the EGT sensor 2 in the front exhaust pipe and tighten to 45 N·m (33.2 lb ft).
  2. Connect the exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensor 2 connector.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
