Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1822642 Size: SH
  1. Remove the battery box. Refer to Battery Box Replacement .
  2. Remove the battery tray support bracket bolt at the multiuse relay and fuse bracket.

    3. Object Number: 1822646 Size: SH
  3. Remove the battery tray support bracket bolts.
  4. Remove the battery tray support bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1822646 Size: SH
  1. Position the battery tray support bracket .

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the battery tray support bracket bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1822642 Size: SH
  3. Install the battery tray support bracket bolt at the multiuse relay and fuse bracket.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the battery box. Refer to Battery Box Replacement .
