J 41712 Oil Pressure Sensor/Switch Socket

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the upper intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical.
3. Remove the harness connector from the oil pressure switch by releasing the locking tab.



4. Remove the switch (1), using the J 41712 oil pressure sensor/switch socket.

1. Install the switch (1), using the J 41712 oil pressure sensor/switch socket.
2. Install the harness connector.
3. Install the upper intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical.

Important: Ensure that the PCM electrical harness is properly routed to avoid contact with the engine cover during installation.

4. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement in Interior Trim.
