Removal Procedure
  1. Drain the fuel from the secondary filter. Refer to Water-in-Fuel Draining .

    2. Object Number: 1665458 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the fuel hose.
  3. Remove the secondary filter.

    4. Object Number: 1669496 Size: SH
  4. Remove the secondary fuel filter housing nuts.

    5. Object Number: 1669488 Size: SH
  5. Remove the secondary fuel filter bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1669488 Size: SH
  1. Install the secondary fuel filter bracket.

    2. Object Number: 1669496 Size: SH
  2. Install the secondary fuel filter housing bolts and nuts.
  3. Install the secondary filter.

    4. Object Number: 1665458 Size: SH
  4. Install the fuel hose.
  5. Prime the fuel system.
  6. Start the engine and check for leaks.
