Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1336134 Size: SH
  2. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) cover screws.
  3. Remove the PCV cover, diaphragm, and spring.
  4. Clean and inspect the cover, diaphragm and spring.
  5. Discard the diaphragm if damage is found.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1336134 Size: SH
  1. Install the spring, diaphragm and cover.
  2. Install the PCV cover screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  3. Replace the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
