  1. Disconnect and remove the turbocharger vane position sensor.

    2. Object Number: 1335386 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the turbocharger coolant inlet hose.

    3. Object Number: 1662866 Size: SH
  3. Remove the fuel and electrical harness bracket bolt.
  4. Remove the fuel and electrical harness bracket.

    5. Object Number: 1335397 Size: SH
  5. Remove the oil fill tube bolts.

    6. Object Number: 1662867 Size: SH
  6. Remove the oil fill tube.

    7. Object Number: 1335413 Size: SH
  7. Disconnect the coolant temperature sensor.

  8. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) coolant pipe bolts.
  9. Remove the EGR coolant pipe.

  10. Remove the water pump inlet pipe bolts.

  11. Remove the turbocharger coolant outlet hose and clamps.

    12. Object Number: 1335432 Size: SH
  12. Remove the water pump inlet pipe.

  13. Remove the fuel pipe bracket bolt.

    14. Object Number: 1335441 Size: SH
  14. Remove the thermostat housing bolts.
  15. Remove the thermostat housing.
