Info - Vehicles Ordered Without Ashtray/Smokers Package (RPO DT4) - Ashtray Available Through SPO

This bulletin is being issued to inform dealers that if a customer comments that they don't have an ashtray, the vehicle was most likely not ordered with Ashtray/Smokers Package (RPO DT4). Please advise the customer that the ashtray, P/N 12496018, can be purchased through GM Parts Accessories at their expense.
