Preliminary Procedure

Open both doors on the side that the lower rocker panel molding is being removed from.

Clips, Rocker Panel Integral (Qty: 6)

Release the lower integral clips by pulling downward at each location prior to releasing the upper retainers from the lower rocker.

Retainers, Rocker Panel (Qty: 12)

Tip
Release the lower 12 retainers from the rocker by pulling panel outward and removing the lower rocker panel.

Rocker Molding Screws (Qty: 2)

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Rocker Panel Lower Integral Retainers (Qty: 5)

Tip
Release the lower integral retainers by pulling downward at each location prior to releasing the upper retainers from the lower rocker.

Rocker Panel Upper Clips (Qty: 8)

Tip
Release the upper 8 clips from the rocker by pulling panel outward.

Forward Rocker Panel Retainer

Tip
Disengage retainer clip prior to rocker panel removal.

Lower Rocker Panel

Tip
Upon installation, ensure both doors are in the open position.
