Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1530851 Size: SH
  1. Remove the six hex screws (1) from the locking hub assembly (2).
  2. Remove the locking hub assembly (2) from the front disc brake rotor hub.

Installation Procedure

    Important: DO NOT pack the hublock body assembly or cap with grease. Excessive grease can cause excessive dialing effort and hub failure.

  1. Install the locking hub assembly (2) into the front disc brake rotor hub.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the six hex screws (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 4 N·m (3 lb ft).
