Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2009 🢒 Kodiak C-Series (Conventional) C4/C5 🢒 Brakes 🢒 Air Brakes 🢒 Ignition Coil Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the spark plug wires at the ignition coils. Refer to Spark Plug Wire Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the ignition coil harness connector.

    3. Object Number: 703554 Size: SH
  3. Remove the ignition coil mounting bolts.
  4. Remove the ignition coil.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install ignition coil.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 703554 Size: SH
  2. Install the ignition coil mounting bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the ignition coil mounting bolts to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  3. Connect the ignition coil harness connector.
  4. Connect the spark plug wires at the ignition coils. Refer to Spark Plug Wire Replacement.
