Air Compressor Bracket Replacement - Front Haldex Compressor

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 200536 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air compressor. Refer to Air Compressor Replacement.
  2. Remove the air compressor front bracket bolts and the washers.
  3. Remove the air compressor front bracket.
  4. Inspect the air compressor front bracket for damage. Replace the air compressor front bracket as needed.
  5. Inspect the air compressor front bracket bushings for wear or damage. Replace the air compressor front bracket as needed.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 200536 Size: SH
  1. Install the air compressor front bracket.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the air compressor front bracket bolts, the washers, and the nuts.

    3. Tighten

        • Tighten the air compressor mounting bracket bolts to 64 N·m (47 lb ft).
        • Tighten the air compressor mounting bracket to engine bolt to 54 N·m (40 lb ft).
  3. Install the air compressor.
