Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 808079 Size: SH
  1. Loosen the upper pillar garnish molding by firmly grasping the panel and gently pulling to release the retainer clips.
  2. Remove the lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Lower Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .
  3. Remove the bolts that retain the assist handle.
  4. Remove the assist handle from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 808079 Size: SH
  1. Install the assist handle to the vehicle.
  2. Install the retaining bolts.
  3. Install the lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Lower Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .
  4. Install the upper pillar garnish molding by aligning the clips gently pressing to seat the clips.
