Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2003 🢒 Kodiak C-Series (Conventional) C6/C7/C8 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Exhaust 🢒 Engine Brake Actuator Control Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Drain air from the air tanks. Refer to Draining Reservoirs in Air Brakes.
  2. Tag and disconnect air lines from the control valve.

    3. Object Number: 803417 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the control valve.
  4. Remove nuts, washers and control valve from the frame.
  5. Note the position of the elbow.
  6. Remove the elbow from the control valve.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 803417 Size: SH
  1. Install the elbow in the correct position.
  2. Install the control valve to the frame with the nuts and washers.
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the control valve.
  4. Connect the air lines to the control valve.
  5. Refill air back into the reservoir. Refer to Filling Reservoirs in Air Brakes.
  6. Inspect the system for leaks. Refer to Air Brake System Testing in Air Brakes.
