Removal Procedure
  1. Drain the auxiliary engine oil filter. Refer to Auxiliary Engine Oil Filter Draining .
  2. Disconnect all auxiliary engine oil filter hoses from the auxiliary engine oil filter housing. Refer to Auxiliary Engine Oil Filter Hose Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1255967 Size: SH
  3. Remove the auxiliary engine oil filter housing mounting bolts and the auxiliary engine oil filter housing from the auxiliary engine oil filter housing mounting bracket.

    4. Object Number: 1255971 Size: SH
  4. Remove the auxiliary engine oil filter housing mounting bracket bolts and remove the auxiliary engine oil filter housing mounting bracket from the frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1255971 Size: SH
  1. Install the auxiliary engine oil filter housing mounting bracket to the frame with the mounting bolts.

    2. Object Number: 1255967 Size: SH
  2. Install the auxiliary engine oil filter housing to the auxiliary engine oil filter housing mounting bracket with bolts.
  3. Connect all auxiliary engine oil filter hoses to the auxiliary engine oil filter housing. Refer to Auxiliary Engine Oil Filter Hose Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 1386310 Size: SH
  4. Install the drain plug (2).
  5. Remove the vent plug (1) and fill the auxiliary engine oil filter housing.
