Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Kodiak C-Series (Conventional) C6/C7/C8 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls and Fuel - 6.6L (LBZ and LLY) 🢒 Fuel Hose Replacement - Fuel Injection Pump to Fuel Feed Block

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .
  2. Remove the water outlet. Refer to Water Outlet Tube Replacement .
  3. Remove the air intake tube. Refer to Air Intake Pipe Replacement for the 6.6L (LLY) engine.

    4. Object Number: 1387644 Size: SH
  4. Reposition the fuel hose clamps (1) at the return/feed line as required.

    5. Object Number: 1335595 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the fuel hoses from the return/feed line as required.

    6. Object Number: 1387646 Size: SH
  6. Reposition the fuel hose clamps (1) at the injection pump as required.
  7. Disconnect the fuel hoses (2, 3) from the injection pump as required.
  8. Remove the fuel hoses from the vehicle as required.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1387646 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel hoses to the vehicle as required.
  2. Connect the fuel hoses (2, 3) to the injection pump as required.
  3. Position the fuel hose clamps (1) at the injection pump as required.

    4. Object Number: 1335595 Size: SH
  4. Connect the fuel hoses to the return/feed line as required.

    5. Object Number: 1387644 Size: SH
  5. Position the fuel hose clamps (1) at the return/feed line as required.
  6. Install the air intake tube. Refer to Air Intake Pipe Replacement for the 6.6L (LLY) engine.
  7. Install the water outlet. Refer to Water Outlet Tube Replacement .
  8. Install the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .
  9. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming .
  10. Start the engine. If the engine stalls, repeat step 9.
  11. Once the engine starts, inspect for fuel leaks.
