Oil Filler Tube Replacement Front

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1335397 Size: SH
  2. Remove the fan shroud upper bracket.
  3. Remove the oil fill tube bolts (1).

    4. Object Number: 1335401 Size: SH
  4. Remove the oil fill tube (1).
  5. Remove and discard the oil fill tube O-ring seal.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1335401 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW O-ring seal onto the oil fill tube (1).
  2. Install the oil fill tube.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1335397 Size: SH
  3. Install the oil fill tube bolts (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 21 N·m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the fan shroud upper bracket.
  5. Install the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Replacement .

Procedure

Remove the oil fill tube bolt.

Tighten
21 N·m (15 lb ft)

Tighten
21 N·m (15 lb ft)

Oil Fill Tube Gasket

Procedure

  1. Remove and discard the oil fill tube gasket.
  2. Install a new oil fill tube gasket.
