Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 867993 Size: SH
  1. Install a breaker bar to the tensioner.
  2. Rotate the belt tensioner counterclockwise to relieve tension on the belt.

    3. Object Number: 868000 Size: SH
  3. Remove the belt from the pulleys and the tensioner.
  4. Slowly release tension on the belt tensioner.
  5. Remove the breaker bar from the tensioner.
  6. Clean and inspect the surfaces of all the pulleys.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 867993 Size: SH
  1. Route the belt around all the pulleys except the tensioner.
  2. Install the breaker bar to the belt tensioner.
  3. Rotate the tensioner clockwise to place tension on the tensioner.
  4. Route the belt around the tensioner.

    5. Object Number: 868000 Size: SH
  5. Slowly release the tension on the tensioner.
  6. Remove the breaker bar from the tensioner.
  7. Inspect the belt for proper installation and alignment.
