Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1334862 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the camshaft position (CMP) sensor electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 1334864 Size: SH
  3. Remove the fan pulley bolts/nuts.
  4. Remove the fan pulley.
  5. Remove the insulator, if required.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the insulator, if removed.

    2. Ensure the insulator is correctly placed.

  2. Install the fan pulley.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the fan pulley bolts/nuts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts/nuts to 41 N·m (30 lb ft).

  4. Connect the CMP sensor electrical connector.
  5. Install the fan clutch. Refer to Fan Clutch Replacement.
