Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 466875 Size: SH
  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Carefully remove the throttle body air inlet duct.
  3. Disconnect the throttle body inlet hose clamp and the hose from the coolant pipe (1).
  4. Disconnect the throttle body inlet hose from the throttle body.
  5. Remove the throttle body inlet hose.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 466875 Size: SH
  1. Install the throttle body inlet hose.
  2. Connect the throttle body inlet hose and clamp to the throttle body.
  3. Connect the throttle body inlet hose (1) with the clamp to the coolant pipe.
  4. Carefully install the throttle body air inlet duct.
  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  6. Inspect for leaks.
