Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 466875 Size: SH
  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Carefully remove the throttle body air inlet duct.
  3. Disconnect the throttle body outlet hose clamp and the hose (1).
  4. Disconnect the throttle body outlet hose clamp and the hose from the throttle body.
  5. Remove the throttle body outlet hose.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 466875 Size: SH
  1. install the throttle body outlet hose.
  2. Connect the throttle body outlet hose with the clamp to the throttle body.
  3. Connect the throttle body outlet hose to the coolant pipe (1).
  4. Carefully install the throttle body air inlet duct.
  5. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  6. Inspect for leaks.
