  1. Turn the headlight switch to the HEAD position.
  2. Set the headlamp dimmer switch to the HIGH position.
  3. Turn the headlight switch to the OFF position.
    • The beams and high beam indicator illuminate.
    • The high beams and high beam indicator turn off.

  1. Apply the parking brake.
  2. Release the parking brake.
    • The parking brake indicator illuminates.
    • The parking brake indicator turns off.

  1. Turn the headlamps switch to the PARK position.
  2. Adjust the IP dimmer switch to the OFF position and then to maximum brightness.
    • The instrument cluster illumination comes on.
    • The instrument cluster illumination goes to the OFF position and then to maximum brightness.

Fasten the seat belts.
    • The fasten belts warning indicator turns off when the seat belt is buckled.

Change the season/trip switch to the TRIP position.
