Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement Impala

1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
3. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the sunroof module rear spigot.
4. Remove the tape from the rear sunroof drain hose tube.



5. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the rear sunroof drain hose tube.
6. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose tube from the upper retainer clip.
7. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose from the rear pillar.

1. Position the rear sunroof drain hose to the rear pillar.
2. Route the rear sunroof drain hose (1) to the lower access hole in the quarter inner panel.
3. Install the rear sunroof drain hose tube to the upper retainer clip.
4. Route the rear sunroof drain hose to the outboard edge of the rear pillar and secure with tape.
5. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose to the sunroof module rear drain tube.
6. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose (1) to the rear sunroof drain hose tube.
7. Install the rear quarter lower trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
8. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose Replacement Monte Carlo

1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
2. Remove the rear quarter lower trim. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
3. Remove the sound barrier. Refer to Rear Seat Back Sound Barrier Replacement in Interior Trim.
4. Remove the tape from rear sunroof drain hose on the rear quarter upper inner panel.
5. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the sunroof module rear drain tube.



6. Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the rear sunroof drain tube.



7. Remove the rear sunroof drain hose from the rear quarter upper inner panel.

1. Position the rear sunroof drain hose to the rear quarter upper inner panel.
2. Route the rear sunroof drain hose above the rear quarter window, through the drain hose protector, along the rear window frame and down the rear quarter inner panel.
3. Install tape to rear sunroof drain hose on the rear quarter upper inner panel.
4. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose to the sunroof module rear spigot.



5. Connect the rear sunroof drain hose to the rear sunroof drain hose tube.
6. Install the sound barrier. Refer to Rear Seat Back Sound Barrier Replacement in Interior Trim.
7. Install the rear lower quarter trim. Refer to Rear Quarter Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
8. Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
