Did you perform the Instrument Cluster System Check?

  1. Connect a DMM between CKT 39 (PNK) IPC connector terminal A7 and ground.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. Do not start the engine.
  3. Compare the DC voltage reading on the DMM to the voltmeter display in the IPC.

Do the IPC and the DMM display approximately the same values (within 2.5 volts)?

12-14 VDC

Go to Instrument Cluster System Check

Go to Step 3

Replace the IPC. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
