Was the instrument panel cluster (IPC) system check performed?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. With a scan tool select instrument cluster (IPC), special functions, and lamp test.
3. Command the seat belt lamp ON.

Does the seat belt lamp turn ON and OFF when commanded?

Go to Fasten Safety Belt Chime Inoperative in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console

Go to Step 5

Replace the IPC. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

Is the repair complete?
