Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the hood. Support the hood with something other than the hood hold-open rod.

    2. Object Number: 1567 Size: SH
  2. Remove the hood hold-open rod from the retainers.

    3. Pull the bottom of the rod toward you in order to release the rod from the bottom retainer.

  3. Remove the retainers from the radiator support.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1567 Size: SH
  1. Install the retainers to the radiator support.
  2. Install the hood hold-open rod to the retainers.
  3. Remove the temporary hood support.
