Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1469914 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air filter housing. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.0L.

    2. Caution: Refer to Damaged Fan Blade Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Disconnect the cooling fan electrical connector (1).
  3. Reposition the tie straps that secure the cooling fan assembly to the radiator.
  4. Pull up on the cooling fan assembly.
  5. Remove the cooling fan assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1469914 Size: SH
  1. Install the electric cooling fan assembly.

    2. Align the cooling fan assembly into the mounting tabs on the radiator.

  2. Reposition the tie straps that secure the cooling fan assembly to the radiator.
  3. Connect the cooling fan electrical connector (1).
  4. Install the air filter housing. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.0L.
