The HVAC control module will run a self diagnostic test at ignition ON. This test ensure the modules ability to operate. No external circuits are involved.
| • | Source voltage is 8.7-16.5 volts. | 
| • | The HVAC control module receives an ignition 3 voltage input. | 
The HVAC control module detects an internal system failure.
The HVAC control module refuses all additional inputs.
The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Clearing must be performed.
