Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1999 🢒 Tahoe 4WD - CUCV II 🢒 Driveline/Axle 🢒 Transfer Case - NVG 233/243-NP1 (Two Speed Selectable) 🢒 External Component Disassemble
  1. Use a solvent and stiff brush to clean the exterior of the transfer case.
  2. Remove the following components from the front output shaft:
    3. • The front output yoke nut
    • The washer
    • The rubber sealing washer
    • The front output yoke
  3. Remove the four-wheel drive actuator switch and the O-ring seal.

    4. Object Number: 153330 Size: SH
  4. Remove the vehicle speed sensor and the O-ring seal.

    5. Object Number: 153338 Size: SH
  5. Remove the following components:
    6. • The detent plug
    • The O-ring seal
    • The detent spring
    • The detent plunger
