Door Window Regulator Handle Replacement Front Door

Tools Required

J 9886-01 Door Handle Remover

1. Remove the window regulator handle (1) from vehicle by completing the following steps:

1.1.	Insert the J 9886-01 between the handle and the bearing plate.

1.2.	Align the tool.

1.3.	Push the tool in order to disengage the clip.

1.4.	Pull the handle from the door.




2. Remove the bearing plate.

1. Install the bearing plate to the door.



2. Install the window regulator handle (1) by completing the following steps:

2.1.	Install the clip onto the handle

2.2.	Insert the handle onto the window regulator shaft so that the handle points toward the front of the door

2.3.	Push the handle until the clip engages the window regulator shaft

Tools Required

J 9886-01 Door Handle Remover

1. Remove the window regulator handle (1) from vehicle by completing the following steps:

1.1.	Insert the J 9886-01 between the handle and the bearing plate.

1.2.	Align the tool.

1.3.	Push the tool in order to disengage the clip.

1.4.	Pull the handle from the door.




2. Remove the bearing plate.

1. Install the bearing plate to the door.
2. Install the window regulator handle by completing the following steps:

2.1.	Install the clip onto the handle

2.2.	Insert the handle onto the window regulator shaft so that the handle points toward the front of the door

2.3.	Push the handle until the clip engages the window regulator shaft
