Auxiliary Mode Valve Actuator Replacement Tahoe/Yukon

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the mode actuator (1).
  3. Remove the retaining screws from the mode actuator.

    4. Object Number: 621734 Size: SH
  4. Remove the mode actuator (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 621734 Size: SH
  1. Install the mode actuator (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the retaining screws to the mode actuator (1).
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the mode actuator.
  4. Install the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Calibrate the HVAC module actuators. Refer to Actuator Recalibration in HVAC Systems - Automatic.

Auxiliary Mode Valve Actuator Replacement Suburban/Yukon XL

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the mode actuator (1).
  3. Remove the retaining screws from the mode actuator.

    4. Object Number: 621734 Size: SH
  4. Remove the mode actuator (1) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 621734 Size: SH
  1. Install the mode actuator (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the retaining screws to the mode actuator (1).
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the mode actuator.
  4. Install the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Calibrate the HVAC module actuators. Refer to Actuator Recalibration in HVAC Systems - Automatic.
