Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2002 🢒 Tahoe - 2WD 🢒 Brakes 🢒 Hydraulic Brakes 🢒 Power Brake Booster Vacuum Check Valve and Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the vacuum brake booster check valve from the vacuum brake booster.
  2. Remove the vacuum brake booster hose clamp at the check valve.
  3. Remove the vacuum brake booster check valve from the hose.
  4. Remove the manifold sight shield-4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical-4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L.

    5. Object Number: 382483 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the vacuum brake booster hose at the engine-4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L.

    6. Object Number: 346148 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the vacuum brake booster hose at the engine-4.3L.
  7. Remove the vacuum brake booster hose from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 382483 Size: SH
  1. Connect the vacuum brake booster hose at the engine-4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L.

    2. Object Number: 346148 Size: SH
  2. Connect the vacuum brake booster hose at the engine-4.3L.
  3. Install the manifold sight shield-4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement in Engine Mechanical-4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L.
  4. Install the vacuum brake booster check valve to the hose.
  5. Install the vacuum brake booster hose clamp to the check valve.
  6. Install the vacuum brake booster check valve to the vacuum brake booster.
