Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 659558 Size: SH
  1. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  2. Depress the control assembly retaining tabs and remove the HVAC control assembly from the instrument panel.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the HVAC control assembly.
  4. Remove the HVAC control assembly bulb from the HVAC control assembly and retain.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the HVAC control assembly bulb to the HVAC control assembly.

    2. Object Number: 659558 Size: SH
  2. Connect the electrical connectors to the HVAC control assembly.
  3. Install the HVAC control assembly into the instrument panel, ensuring that the HVAC control assembly retaining tabs lock into place.
  4. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  5. Calibrate the HVAC module actuators. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .
