Notice: In order to avoid actuator damage, DO NOT apply power to the actuator when it is not installed in the HVAC module. Preliminary Procedure Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side . Disconnect the electrical connector from the temp door actuator (2).
1	Temp Door Actuator Screws (Qty: 2) Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 2.5 N·m (16 lb in)
2	Temp Door Actuator Procedure Re-calibrate the air temp actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .

Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side .
Disconnect the electrical connector from the temp door actuator (2).

Temp Door Actuator Screws (Qty: 2)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (16 lb in)

Temp Door Actuator

Re-calibrate the air temp actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .

Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side . Reposition auxiliary HVAC module inward to gain access to the temp door actuator. Disconnect the electrical connector from the temp actuator (2).
1	Temp Door Actuator Screws (Qty: 2) Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 2.5 N·m (16 lb in)
2	Auxiliary Temp Door Actuator Procedure Re-calibrate the air temp actuator. Refer to Actuator Recalibration .
