Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1959938 Size: SH
  1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
  2. Loosen the drive belt idler pulley bolt (1).
  3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley (2) and bolt.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1959938 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley (2) and bolt to the generator bracket.

    2. Snug the bolt finger tight.

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement.
