Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 674308 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect TP sensor electrical connector.
  2. Disconnect the IAC bypass hose (2) from the throttle body.
  3. Remove both fasteners (1).
  4. Remove the TP sensor (3) from the throttle body.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 674309 Size: SH
  1. Align the throttle shaft pin (2) with the engagement slot (1) of the TP sensor.
  2. Install TP sensor (2).
  3. Slowly rotate the TP sensor in order to align the fastener locations.

    4. Object Number: 674308 Size: SH
  4. Install the two fasteners (1) securing the TP sensor (3) to the throttle body.
  5. DO NOT tighten the TP sensor fasteners.
  6. Connect the TP sensor electrical connector.
  7. Adjust the TP sensor. Refer to Throttle Position Sensor Adjustment .
