Removal Procedure
- Remove the headlamps.
Refer to 
Headlamp Replacement 
in Lighting Systems.
 
- Remove the front side marker lamps. Refer to 
Front Side Marker Lamp Replacement 
 in Lighting
Systems.
 
- Remove the 7 plastic retainers along the top which secure
the front bumper fascia.
 
- Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to 
Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle 
 in General Information.
 
- Remove the bolt (1) and the plastic retainer (3)
which secure the front bumper fascia (2) at each side.
 
- Remove the 3 bolts (2)
which secure the front bumper fascia (1) along the bottom.
 
- Slide forward and remove the front bumper fascia (1) from
the vehicle.
 
Installation Procedure
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the front
bumper fascia (1) to the vehicle. Ensure that the front side marker
lamps wiring harness is  routed into position. Secure the fascia with the
3 bolts (2) along  the bottom.
 
Tighten
Tighten the front bumper fascia bolts to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
- Install the bolt (1)
and the plastic retainer (3) which secure the front bumper fascia (2)
 at each side.
 
Tighten
Tighten the front bumper fascia bolt to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).
- Lower the vehicle.
 
- Install the 7 plastic retainers along the top which secure
the front bumper fascia.
 
- Install the front side marker lamps. Refer to 
Front Side Marker Lamp Replacement 
 in Lighting
Systems.
 
- Install the headlamps. Refer to 
Headlamp Replacement 
in Lighting Systems.
