Rear Wheel Opening Flare Replacement ZR2 Models

1. Remove the 6 plastic retainers along the inner section of the rear wheel opening flare (3).
2. Remove the plastic retainer along the bottom at the front of the flare (3).



3. Remove the rear wheel opening door flare in order to gain the necessary clearance to remove the 4 plastic retainers (1). Refer to Rear Wheel Opening Front Flare Replacement .
4. Remove the 4 plastic retainers (1) along the top of the rear wheel opening flare (2).



5. Gently pry the rear wheel opening flare (1) in a upward direction in order to disengage the flare from the 3 plastic retainers.
6. Remove the flare (1) from the quarter panel (2).



7. Remove the 3 plastic retainers (1) from the quarter panel (2).

1. Install the 3 plastic retainers (1) to the rear wheel opening flare (2). Replace any retainers that were damaged in the removal process.



2. Install the flare (1) to the quarter panel (2). Make certain that the retainers are completely engaged.



3. Install the 4 plastic retainers (1) along the top of the rear wheel opening flare (2).
4. Install the rear wheel opening door flare. Refer to Rear Wheel Opening Front Flare Replacement .



5. Install the 6 plastic retainers along the inner section of the rear wheel opening flare (3).
6. Install the plastic retainer along the bottom at the front of the flare (3).
