Front Fender Flare Replacement ZR2 Models

1. Remove the following retainers along the bottom at the rear of the front fender flare (2):

•	1 plastic screw (4)

•	2 plastic retainers (1)

•	1 plastic retainer (3)




2. Remove the 3 plastic retainers (1) along the inner section of the front fender flare (2).



3. Gently pry the front fender flare (1) in a upward direction in order to disengage the flare from the 9 plastic retainers.
4. Remove the flare (1) from the fender (2).



5. Remove the 9 plastic retainers (2) from the front fender (1).



6. Remove the support (2) from the front fender flare (1).

1. Install the support (2) to the front fender flare (1).



2. Install the 9 plastic retainers (1) to the front fender flare (2). Replace any retainers that were damaged in the removal process.



3. Install the flare (1) to the front fender. Make certain that the retainers are completely engaged.



4. Install the 3 plastic retainers (1) along the inner section of the front fender flare (2).



5. Install the following retainers along the bottom at the rear of the front fender flare (2):

•	1 plastic screw (4)

•	2 plastic retainers (1)

•	1 plastic retainer (3)
