Removal Procedure
- Remove the folding top rear window. Refer to Folding Top Rear Window Replacement .
- Remove the folding top quarter windows. Refer to Folding Top Quarter Window Replacement .
- Unsnap (1) the front folding top material from the roof support (3), near the dome lamp.
- Unsnap the rear folding top material (2) from the roof support (3), near the dome lamp.
- Push down on the folding top #3 bow release button (1) on each side and tilt the base (2) of the #3 bow (3) forward. This will remove the tension from the rear folding top material.
- Unsnap the rear folding top material from the folding top #3 bow (3).
- Detach the rear bottom corners of the rear folding top material.
- Detach the front of the rear folding top material (2) by unhooking from the folding top side body joint cover (1).
- Remove the rear folding top material (2) from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the rear folding top material (2) to the vehicle. Secure the material by attaching the front of the material to the folding top side body joint cover (1).
- Install the rear folding top material (2) over the folding top #3 bow.
- Fasten the rear bottom corners of the rear folding top material to the body.
- Snap the rear folding top material to the folding top #3 bow.
- Position the folding top #3 bow base (2) rearward and return the bow (3) to the upright position in order to apply tension to the folding top material.
- Snap (1) the rear folding top material (2) to the roof support (3), near the dome lamp.
- Snap (1) the front folding top material to the roof support (3), near the dome lamp.
- Install the folding top quarter windows. Refer to Folding Top Quarter Window Replacement .
- Install the folding top rear window. Refer to Folding Top Rear Window Replacement .
