Inspect the following components and inspect the following conditions:

•	The joints from the column to the steering gear for proper and secure installation

•	The column alignment

•	The bearings for sufficient lubrication

•	The lower and the upper steering shaft bearings for wear or damage

•	The lock snap ring for proper seating
