Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 239168 Size: SH
  1. Remove the IP steering column opening trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Disconnect the cruise control release switch electrical connector (3).
  3. Loosen the cruise control release switch locknut.
  4. Remove the cruise control release switch (1) with the locknut from the clutch pedal bracket by unscrewing it in the counterclockwise direction.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 239168 Size: SH
  1. Install the cruise control release switch (1) to the clutch pedal bracket by screwing it in a clockwise direction. Secure the release switch with the locknut.
  2. Connect the cruise control release switch electrical connector (3).
  3. Install the IP steering column opening trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
