Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
  2. Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 751294 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolts retaining the wiper transmission assembly to the vehicle.
  4. Carefully push the wiper transmission assembly rearward to disengage the wiper motor from the slot in the plenum.
  5. Disconnect the wiper motor electrical connector.
  6. Remove the wiper transmission assembly from the cowl panel plenum.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 751294 Size: SH
  1. Position the wiper transmission assembly to the cowl panel plenum.
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the wiper motor.
  3. Insert the wiper motor post into the slot in the plenum, push the transmission assembly forward to seat the post.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the bolts retaining the wiper transmission assembly to the vehicle.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the wiper transmission assembly bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  5. Install the air inlet grille panel. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement.
  6. Install the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
