Removal Procedure
  1. Open the LH sliding door.

    2. Object Number: 1480563 Size: SH
  2. Remove the bolt (3) from the fuel filler interlock bracket (4).

    3. Object Number: 313709 Size: SH
  3. Slide the fuel filler interlock bracket toward the front of the vehicle.
  4. Remove the fuel filler interlock from the body.
  5. Disconnect the fuel filler interlock cable from the fuel filler interlock bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1480563 Size: SH
  1. Connect the fuel filler interlock cable (2) to the fuel filler interlock bracket.
  2. Insert the fuel filler interlock into the keyhole slot (1) to the body.
  3. Slide the fuel filler interlock bracket toward the rear of the vehicle.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the bolt (3) to the fuel filler interlock bracket.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the fuel filler door interlock bracket retaining bolt to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  5. Close the sliding door.
  6. Verify fuel filler door operation.
