Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Uplander 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Auxiliary Blower Motor Resistor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the accessory panel from the left rear quarter trim. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .
  2. Disconnect the auxiliary blower motor resistor electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 691782 Size: SH
  3. Remove the auxiliary blower motor resistor screws.
  4. Remove the auxiliary blower motor resistor from the auxiliary HVAC module assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 691782 Size: SH
  1. Install the auxiliary blower motor resistor to the auxiliary HVAC module assembly.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the auxiliary blower motor resistor screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N·m (14 lb in).

  3. Connect the auxiliary blower motor resistor electrical connector.
  4. Install the accessory panel from the left rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side .
