Removal Procedure
  1. Open the liftgate.

    2. Object Number: 1527646 Size: SH
  2. Remove screws (1) from liftgate striker (2).
  3. Remove liftgate striker and rear stowage compartment bracket (3) from the rear floor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1527646 Size: SH
  1. Align the rear stowage compartment bracket (3), spacer, and liftgate striker (2) to the holes in body.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the liftgate striker retaining screws (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws in sequence to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  3. Close the liftgate.
