Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1547161 Size: SH
  1. Reposition the coolant overflow hose clamp at the coolant recovery reservoir.
  2. Remove the hose (1) from the reservoir.

    3. Object Number: 1547162 Size: SH
  3. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir retainer (1).
  4. Remove the coolant reservoir (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1547162 Size: SH
  1. Install the coolant reservoir (2).
  2. Install the coolant recovery reservoir retainer (1).

    3. Object Number: 1547161 Size: SH
  3. Install the hose (1) to the reservoir.
  4. Position the coolant overflow hose clamp at the coolant recovery reservoir.
  5. Fill the coolant recovery reservoir, if necessary. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
